Stuttgart soll eine Stadt am Fluss werden. Lebendig und erlebbar, wie die vielfältigen Maßnahmen im Masterplan für Stuttgart am Fluss zeigen. Doch um den Neckar umfassend zu erleben, muss man in ihn eintauchen können. Dies lässt die Wasserqualität und die Funktion als Wasserstraße gerade nicht zu. Eine urbane Lösung, die auch in anderen europäischen Städten erfolgreich ist, wäre ein Badeschiff. Hierfür habe ich ein Impuls-Konzept erstellt, um Akteure für eine Umsetzung zusammenzubringen. Dieses ist auf der virtuellen Neckar-Ausstellung zum IBA’27-Plenum #5 ausgestellt. Auf das wir bald im Neckar baden können.
