Interviewserie WQ - Die Zukunft der Kunst und Arbeit im Wagenhallen Quartier

English version below.

The Baukunst Dynamites, Stadtacker Wagenhalle, Herr Clair, Bureau Baubotanik, Renate Liebel, Fabian Kühfuß, Thomas Putze, Tangram Kollektiv und O-Team

Interview Series WQ – The Future of Art and Work in the Wagenhallen Quarter

The interview series „The Future of Work“ by Mr. Clair and Pjotr Strokov explores the question of how work will be done in the future in the Wagenhallen Quarter in Stuttgart and what it might look like then. In a working society, the fate of people is decided by the fate of work. To the extent that work disappears or at least changes its character, the questions of living together must be posed anew. Thereby it is asked how art, how city, how work can and must change. How does the plant environment, the neighborhood development and the artistic environment influence our life and work? How can the Wagenhallen Quarter remain alive?

How will work be done in the Wagenhallen Quartier in the future and does it need a new relationship to work? How does the Stuttgart Region create spaces for the creation and development of individual strengths that lead to creativity and enable innovation? Don’t we need more free spaces, poetic voids and places of leisure instead of more work inhospitable places?

Various actors and artists from the Wagenhallen quarter were interviewed on this subject:

The Baukunst Dynamites, Stadtacker Wagenhalle, Mr. Clair, Bureau Baubotanik, Renate Liebel, Fabian Kühfuß, Thomas Putze, Tangram Kollektiv and O-Team.
